New York Fashion Week ran from February 9 through February 16 in New York City's Lincoln Center. As the Fall 2012 season comes to a close, we're reflecting on the inspiring experience recalling opulent gowns, luxe textiles, and truly innovative designs that glided down the runway. But for some designers making a statement means creating something bizarre, unflattering, disturbing, or just downright hideous. Such ensembles may hurt the eyes, but they are highly amusing! Behold, the absolute worst ensembles that somehow graced the catwalks of New York Fashion Week. Some designs at New York Fashion Week were truly frightening.
